West Chester Trustee Meeting will be Live Streamed on YouTube Tuesday
West Chester Township will live stream its Tuesday, March 24, Board of Trustees meeting on YouTube beginning at 6 p.m.
During this health crisis, we remain committed to keeping residents safe while maintaining a high level of transparency residents expect. While watching from home, viewers may notice a few adjustments. The Trustees, Fiscal Officer, Administrator and township leadership will maintain distance, therefore the view on your screen will be different than what is typical.
The West Chester Board of Trustees has always accepted comments from residents and property owners in the room. Although YouTube comments will be disabled, any West Chester resident or property owner has the opportunity to submit questions/comments by email ahead of the meeting.
Send an email with your question, your name and your West Chester property address to Assistant Township Administrator Lisa Brown at LBrown@westchesteroh.org or reply to this email and let me know if you want the question read in the public meeting.
Please submit questions no later than 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 24.
UPDATE ON COVID-19: At this meeting, we will be getting an update from our Fire Chief Rick Prinz on our Emergency Operations in the Township. I have been on the Emergency Operations team for the past two weeks and am very impressed at the level of professionalism and thoroughness our team has prepared for this and any emergency.
If you have any questions please let me know.
