West Chester Township Coronavirus Update

The ConVid 19 or Coronavirus is top of mind for everyone this week. Governor DeWine has declared a state of emergency for the entire State to protect the well-being of the citizens of Ohio from the dangerous effects of COVID-19, to assist in protecting the lives, safety, and health of the citizens of Ohio.

I have spoken to State Representative George Lang and State Senator Bill Coley. They confirmed the serious nature of the situation. The state has set up a Web site and phone hotline for citizens to get updated information and ask questions. The phone number is 1-833-427-5634. The website is coronavirus.ohio.gov.

We as a Township government are prepared to continue to provide essential services in the event of a large outbreak. Learn more about the plans our Township has in place.
