Several residents have contacted me about concerns with the new UDF on Rt 42. There is an entrance on Rt42. It is marked as a no left turn, right turn in and out only. People are turning left anyway and it is becoming a serious issue. The safety of our residents is our top priority.

In response to this issue, our police are doing a traffic review of the area. I have also directed our Community Development Department to confirm that UDF has met all the requirements they proposed during the final development plan of their project.

As we get used to this new UDF, please drive with care. Look out for the folks coming out of Rolling Knolls and children that may be crossing the road to go to UDF.
